Individual Therapy - In Person
One-on-one sessions in a calm, private setting in central Vilnius.
In-person therapy offers a unique quality of presence. Being in the same room creates a depth of contact that many people find grounding and reassuring. Sessions take place in a comfortable, private space where you can speak freely and feel held.
Together, we explore what is alive for you in the moment: your feelings, your patterns, your relationships. Whether you are working through anxiety, navigating a difficult life transition, processing grief, or simply searching for a deeper sense of meaning, this space is yours.
Each session lasts 50 minutes and is shaped by what you bring. There is no fixed script. The work unfolds naturally, at your pace.
Sessions take place at the Psychology Studio in central Vilnius.

The same depth and care, from wherever you are.
Online therapy makes it possible to do meaningful therapeutic work without the need to travel. Sessions are held via a secure video platform, and the process is the same as in-person work - present, attentive, and tailored to you.
This format is ideal if you live outside Vilnius, have a busy schedule, or simply feel more comfortable in your own environment. Many clients find that being in a familiar space actually helps them open up more easily.
All you need is a quiet, private room and a stable internet connection. Sessions last 50 minutes, just as they do in person.
Sessions are conducted via a secure video platform. Details are shared upon booking.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Gestalt therapy?
Gestalt therapy is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on your present experience: what you are feeling, thinking, and sensing right now, rather than only looking at the past. It is based on the belief that awareness itself is healing. By paying closer attention to how you experience your life in the moment, you can begin to understand your patterns, make new choices, and create meaningful change. The word "Gestalt" comes from German and roughly means "whole" - the therapy supports you in moving toward a greater sense of wholeness.
How long are sessions?
Each session lasts 50 minutes. This timeframe allows enough space to go deep into what matters while keeping a structure that feels manageable and contained.
How often should I come?
Most clients come once a week, especially at the beginning. A regular rhythm helps build trust and momentum. Over time, we can adjust the frequency together based on what feels right for you.
Is online therapy effective?
Yes. Research consistently shows that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions for a wide range of concerns. What matters most is the quality of the therapeutic relationship, and that can be built through a screen just as it can in a room. Many of my clients work online and find it deeply meaningful.
What if I have never been to therapy before?
That is completely fine, and it is more common than you might think. It is natural to feel nervous or unsure about what to expect. In our first session, I will gently guide the process. There is no pressure to share more than you are ready to. Many people find that the anxiety they felt beforehand fades quickly once they experience how the space actually feels.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you are asking this question, there is probably a part of you that already senses it might help. Therapy is not only for people in crisis. It is for anyone who wants to understand themselves better, work through difficult feelings, or simply have a space where they can be fully honest. The best way to find out is to try an initial sessions, a no-pressure conversation where we can talk about what you need.
